George Constant

His considerable legal expertise includes family protection, wealth preservation, and values-based estate planning, as well as planning strategies for unmarried couples and divorced individuals. George holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Skidmore College, where years later he proudly served as a Director on the Alumni Board. Prior to starting his own practice, George was associated with a downtown Boston Trusts & Estates firm, where he represented high-net-worth families and their businesses. George has also served as a consultant to both local and internationally renowned charitable organizations seeking to advance their missions through charitable gift planning. George serves as an adjunct faculty member at Salem State College, teaching estate planning in the Graduate Certificate Program in Financial Planning. He is also a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families.

George enjoys educating his community and is a frequently requested lecturer for private industry, community groups and charitable organizations. His presentation topics include family wealth planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection of inheritances. In addition, George has been featured as an estate planning expert on financial radio programs. George has chosen to concentrate on the Trusts and Estates area because he is passionate about helping families and individuals ensure the proper stewardship of their legacies and create happy and secure futures.

Elizabeth C. O'Neil

Liz O'Neil joined Constant Law Group in the Fall of 2019. She sees a career in Estate Planning as the perfect way to help protect people and their loved ones.  Sensitive to the needs of others, and possessing a strong attention to detail, Liz has developed into a major resource of knowledge throughout the firm. Whether helping clients plan for their future, counseling families as they deal with the death of a loved one, or guiding clients through the probate process, she will to answer questions and to listen to every concern.

Liz graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston. She received the Boston Service Award at graduation as voted on by the faculty at New England Law. While in law school, Liz interned at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office Trial Division and was an Honors Judicial Intern with the Suffolk County Juvenile Court.  She also worked at a Legal Aid clinic and for a domestic relations attorney. She is a member of the Massachusetts, Boston, and the American Bar Associations.

In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Liz has a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from Swarthmore College. Liz was the Director of Community Nursery School in Lexington, MA, prior to law school. Outside of work, Liz keeps active in the Lexington community and is Co-President of the Cary Library Foundation.
